This page explains the rules that apply to website information and submitted assessment requests.
Is website information project approval?
No. Website content is general orientation. It is not engineering advice, a risk assessment, a method statement, legal advice or approval that a scaffold, contractor or work method is suitable for a site.
Does submitting an enquiry create an order?
No. A form or equipment list is a request for assessment. It is not an order, payment, booking, reservation, promise of stock, fixed price, delivery commitment or appointment to perform regulated work.
What controls a commercial offer?
Any offer must be stated in a written quotation or agreement identifying the exact scope, responsible parties, documents, price, taxes, programme, validity, exclusions and variation process. If website text conflicts with the accepted written agreement, the agreement controls.
Who verifies project responsibilities?
The customer and responsible workplace parties must verify contractor approvals, personnel training, material documentation, design or PE requirements, erection, supervision, inspection, use and dismantling obligations for the actual project under current law and official guidance.
What do website images establish?
Equipment and scaffold images are illustrative unless a written quotation identifies the exact offered item. They do not establish ownership, stock, specification, condition, compatibility or certification.
