Privacy policy

This page explains the rules that apply to website information and submitted assessment requests.

What information is collected?

When you submit an enquiry, Ezzogenics collects the contact details, project information and equipment categories you provide. Basic technical information such as request time, user agent and a privacy-preserving network identifier may be processed for security and rate limiting.

Why is the information used?

The information is used to save, assess and respond to the request, clarify scope, prepare or coordinate a written quotation, prevent abuse and maintain an operational record. It is not used to infer that a purchase or reservation exists.

Where is it stored?

Submissions are stored in Ezzogenics' AWS environment and a notification may be sent to the responsible business contact. Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle the request or maintain the service. Do not send identity documents, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How long are enquiry records retained?

Accepted enquiry records are configured with a one-year retention period for assessment, quotation follow-up, record keeping and security. Notification copies or other records may need to be retained separately where required by law or for legitimate business records. Contact david@ezzogenics.com to request access, correction or deletion.

Are analytics used?

Google Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after a visitor selects Allow analytics. If allowed, Google may process visited pages, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location and a client identifier for aggregate website-use reports. GA4 normally uses first-party _ga cookies with a default two-year expiry, subject to browser limits and property settings. Advertising storage and personalisation remain denied. The Analytics choices button can withdraw consent and expire this site's _ga cookies; privacy questions can be sent to david@ezzogenics.com.
